Are you looking to start your career in administration while gaining hands-on experience? Windsor Olympus Academy is seeking an Apprentice Administration Assistant / Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop in a supportive school environment.

Olympus is our brand new free school that opened in Sandwell in September 2023, recruiting 180 students from Sandwell and Birmingham. The school caters for students aged 11 to 16. It opened with Year-7 students only, as a six-form entry school. Olympus will grow year-on-year to provide education for 900 students after five years.

Windsor Olympus Academy will create the right environment for young people to flourish, igniting their passion and love of learning, enabling them to thrive academically. We will awaken students’ aspirations and develop their understanding of well-being and health, enabling them to thrive personally. We will be at the heart of the community.

As well as a bespoke package of professional development, we offer a range of staff benefits including membership of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme, an employee assistance programme and access to offers and discounts with well-known retailers.
